For agencies and consultancies

Run your firm on AI. Then bring it to your clients.

You've probably already hacked something together in Claude: email, call notes and Drive feeding a to-do list. Put your methods in one governed place, run your own delivery on it, and when it works for you, deliver the same thing to clients under your brand.
In their words

What agency teams say when AI starts to drift.

Each of these has the same cause: the knowledge your AI needs has no governed home that every agent reads from. Find your problem →

  • “We run delivery meeting to meeting, and the method lives in two people's heads.”
  • “Our best deliverables are scattered across Drive, decks and chat history.”
  • “Every new contractor needs a month to learn how we do things.”
  • “Clients want AI from us, and we'd be selling hours to build it each time.”
Your team's shared brain

What goes in, and the agents that run on it.

What goes in

  • Your method, frameworks and playbooks
  • Your best proposals and deliverables, as examples
  • One separate, governed space for each client
  • Your voice and brand rules

Each area gets an owner who approves changes, so agents read the version your team signed off on.

Proposal drafter

Drafts a proposal from your playbooks and past winners.

Never sees: Another client's files.

Meeting prep

Briefs you on a client before the call from their space.

Never sees: Other clients' notes.

Client assistant

Answers a client's questions from the material you approved for them, under your brand.

Never sees: Your internal pricing or other clients.

Get started

Three steps to a working start.

No code and no terminal: everything below happens in the browser.

  1. 1

    Start your firm's nest, hosted

Create a free hosted nest and import your playbooks, proposals and best deliverables. Free for up to 10 people.

    Get PromptOwl free →
  2. 2

Ask it questions, and turn your methods into agents

Chat with Hootie inside the nest to check what it knows. Then describe an agent in plain language and PromptOwl builds it, reading only the approved knowledge it needs.

    See how agents work →
  3. 3

Bring it to your clients under your brand

Give each client their own governed space and deliver assistants under your logo and domain, billed through your own Stripe account.

Map how it can help

Ask your agent what it could do for your team.

Paste this into Claude Code once it's connected to your nest. The agent proves it can read your knowledge, then drafts an opportunity map for you to approve.

The prompt
My team is the agency team.

You're connected to my ContextNest nest. Before anything else, prove it: search the nest, open two or three documents, and tell me their titles and one line from each. If you can't read real documents, say so and stop. Don't guess what's in the nest.

Use search and single-document reads. If one way of reaching the nest fails, try the other tools you have (the ContextNest MCP tools, the ctx command line or the REST API) before you give up.

If the nest is empty or nearly empty, ask me three questions first: what my team does, which questions people ask us most, and which documents we'd trust an agent to answer from. Then work from my answers.

Then build me an opportunity map:
1. Five things you can do for me today with what's in the nest. For each one, name the documents it relies on.
2. What's missing: the documents or decisions that would let you do three more things, and who on my team probably owns each one.
3. The agents you'd run on this nest: what each one does, and what each one should not be allowed to see.

Save the map back to the nest as a draft titled "How AI can help us: opportunity map". Don't publish it or share it anywhere. Ask me before you publish anything.
